Okay, I didn’t buy used pantyhose but these Gipsy budget pantyhose sure did feel low quality when I got them out of the box initially. Now, when I put these pantyhose on they actually felt quite soft and smooth on my skin, but I really can’t see them lasting more than one or two wears.
